The General Assembly General Assembly is the highest level of the organization. This board is chaired by chairperson who governs Shimautita; and the board is the supreme body responsible for policy formulation and approval of budgets and project work plan, it links Shimautita with other stakeholders outside Shimautita.
Board of Directors This organ consists of 7 members. The Board of Directors formulates proposals relating to policies, decisions and budget for consideration by the General Assembly. It also oversees the proper implementation thereof. Shimautita is privileged to have on its current Board with experienced and committed members.

The Director The General assembly appoints the Director. In his/her capacity as the Director, he/she is responsible for the proper execution of the policies, decisions and directives of the governing body of the organization, Finance committee and General Assembly.
